At Catalyst we specialise in bringing together great business ideas and investors seeking better returns with greater tax efficiency. Our role is to conduct careful evaluations of risk against the growth potential for a large number of business opportunities that qualify for Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) tax relief. When we are satisfied that the selected companies have passed our screening process we then help them raise funds via approved EIS Funds and VCTs and/or by introducing them to Institutions with a view to bring them to a junior market - and so also create ′early stage′ investment opportunities for our private and non-private clients.
