Alpha Finance U.S.’s mission is to act as the link between the companies of the Alpha Bank Group and Wall Street. By leveraging the network of Alpha Bank Group in Southeastern Europe, Alpha Finance U.S. offers on an agency basis, research, execution, and clearing services for a variety of equity products to U.S. qualified institutional, accredited and retail investors. These include initial public offerings, private placements, asset management services, American Depository Receipts (ADR’s) and Global Depository Receipts (GDR’S). In addition, Alpha Finance U.S. provides research, execution and clearing services for all US securities through the services of Pershing.
