Fast-track emerging company with dwindling cash. Early success and good fortune have driven the company faster than it dreamed and certainly faster than it\'s cash flow can support. Seed/start up money is rapidly disappearing and the bank is acting funny. It\'s much too soon for an Initial Public Offering, and the offer by a Venture Capitalist (camouflaged as a private placement) sounds too good to be true. Prolific company with an unfunded product. Good product with a known market. The concept has been proven, the prototype worked like it was supposed to, and some developmental upgrade work has put the icing on the cake. But because of time, manpower or money constraints, the project is lying on the shelf dormant.
